About Me

I'm a third year PhD student in experimental particle physics at the University of Manchester. I am currently working on the ATLAS experiment at the LHC at CERN. My supervisor is Yvonne Peters.
My current research includes searching for tt̄H events at ATLAS in the H→bb̄ channel, and my service work is on Inner Detector tracking monitoring.
I did my undergratuate study at the University of Manchester with a year abroad spent at the Technische Universität München, where I focused on Kern-, Astro- und Teilchenphysik, graduating with an MPhys in Physics.
I also undertook a proseminar at the MPI für Physik in Munich on Inclusive Searches for Supersymmetry at the LHC.

RAL Summer School 2015 poster on Run 2 tt̄H searches with ATLAS see here.

Hopefully there will be something more to put here soon.
For my undergratuade study abroad report (complete with grammatical errors) see here, and for my MPhys project report on developing software for use with neutron reflection experiments see here.
