Sidelined and Upgraded

Having made may way to the very wet and windy Dublin for the IOP HEPP Conference and lugging my bag around all day I got to the hotel I had been booked into only to be told that there was no room at the inn simply because I was one of the last people to check in.

Luckily the nice manager offered a free drink (or two) and packed me and Jenny off to the nearest hotel run by them, which is a four star affair, and upgraded us so that I didn't have to share a room. Sweeeet.

Breakfast this morning was very, very nice......
