Summer is truly over

Summer was great! I was at the The 3rd International Summer School on Grid Computing and have put up some pictures here. There was some really interesting stuff to learn as well as lots of cool people to meet. There was and amazing trip to the ruins of Pompeii as well a very relaxing trip on a boat. Sadly, I am back at "work" now and even back to teaching programming in C/C++, trying to keep the 2nd years from pulling their hair out.

To top it all off, I came home on Friday to find that there was someone in my house stealing my stuff. This has managed to bring on the winter gloominess even earlier than usual - summer is well and truly over.

I guess all I can do is try and think of the summer and llok at my pictures as well as all the other ones that people took and try and pretend that I am still in what was probably the best "holiday" I ever had.
